3. Age UK's free phone line remains open for anyone over the age of 70 and can help address concerns relating to welfare, care or housing. The lines are open 8am-7pm 365 days a year.

1.Rutland Cakeaway is offering to collect shopping for vulnerable individuals who are social distancing and parents who do not wish to take their children out. They will also deliver donations to the Rutland Food Bank on your behalf if you are self-isolating.

3.The Noel at Whitwell pub is offering a takeaway/delivery service to Oakham and Empingham. They are also offering fresh fruit, vegetable and milk delivery service for a small fee.

4.A large team of volunteers in Cottesmore are helping their neighbours using a 'buddy' system. The team can help with picking up shopping, food bank collections, posting mail, friendly phone calls and urgent supplies

7.Ryhall COVID-19 is organised by the Green Dragon and Ryhall Post Office. They have 35 volunteers to shop and help when needed alongside two collectors to collect prescriptions from the surgery and deliver to those in need.
