At PMQs Alicia Kearns MP raised the case of British citizens Craig and Lindsay Foreman who who have been charged with espionage in Iran. Alicia called on the Prime Minister to declare they are arbitrarily detained on the floor of the House and refer the case to the International Court of Justice.
Alicia Kearns, Member of Parliament for Rutland and Stamford, said:
"It is shameful that the Prime Minister still refuses to stand up for Lindsay and Craig Foreman.
"They are hostages. Arbitrarily detained. Say it out loud.
"The Prime Minister must finally do his job and take Iran to the International Court of Justice."
