Alicia Kearns MP has written to East Midlands Railway asking for a feasibility review into whether the existing service via Corby can be re-timed or re-purposed to create a well-time option to London for local commuters.

"Many of you have raised your frustrations with me about the timings of the limited direct train service from Oakham and Stamford to London.
