Letter signing

Alicia Kearns MP has written to the Secretary of State for Education, Bridget Phillipson MP, ahead of the Autumn Budget to express her concerns.

Alicia Kearns, Member of Parliament for Rutland and Stamford, said:

"Reports suggesting the Department for Education is considering cutting funding for children with “lower-level” special educational needs will be deeply worrying for many families in our communities.

"Every child deserves to reach their full potential, however cuts to SEN provision will leave children without the specialist support they need to do so."
