
From 4th August 2025, Rutland's on-demand bus service will be fully rolled out across the whole of Rutland connecting villages with main bus routes.
Rutland County Council is hosting a series of roadshow events in Rutland's towns and villages this month and next for residents to learn more about the expansion of Rutland's new service.
Over 1,500 passengers have already used the service in the first two months.

"I've loved seeing residents riding our new buses!
"Thanks to some of the £23.7 million Levelling Up Funding I secured with the then Conservative-led Rutland County Council, new bus services launched on 31st March this year operating in the North West of Rutland between Oakham and Melton. From August every village will benefit from buses for the first time!
"Please do make the most of the offer of free travel which is being extended on al on-demand buses until 31st March 2025."
