At a time like this, our communities must come together to support, but more importantly, protect, each other.
It is moving at this dark time in our nation’s history how individuals and organisations in Rutland and Melton have been true beacons of light. I’m extremely grateful to be able to recognise such tremendous contributions through my ‘Unsung Hero’ awards.
Every week, I will celebrate at least one winner and all those recognised will receive a certificate of recognition, a badge and will be invited to a celebratory event once our country has healed as a small way to say thank you.
