Harborough District Council Awarded £1,141,073 for Electric Vehicle Chargepoints

£1,141,073 has been awarded to Harborough District Council to deliver more electric vehicle chargepoints, ensuring a more reliable network for local drivers across the country.

 

Alicia Kearns, MP for Rutland and Melton said:

"Many of you have written asking for more EV charging points in our communities, and I am delighted to share that Harborough District Council will receive a significant boost in Government funding to deliver these chargepoints.

"The UK actually now has more EV charging points than petrol stations!"
